Shipping Information

All Rust & Bloom Candle Co. orders are carefully hand-poured, packaged, and shipped from our Kentucky studio.

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after being placed. During high-demand seasons or promotional sales, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping Method:
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available in Bardstown, Kentucky. You’ll receive a notification with pickup details once your order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or claim.

Note:
All candles are made in small batches to ensure quality. Slight variations in color or appearance are completely normal and part of the handmade charm.
