Order Processing
We hand-pour every candle and wax melt in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive via USPS or UPS within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Glass Jar Care During Transit
Candles are poured into glass vessels — we package them with extra cushioning, sturdy boxes, and protective wraps so they arrive intact. In rare cases of breakage during shipping:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include a photo of the damaged item
• We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost
Weather & Temperature Notes
Candles are sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• In hot weather, wax may soften — this won’t affect fragrance or burn quality.
• In very cold weather, wax may shrink from the jar sides — this is cosmetic only.
Either condition won’t impact performance, but if your candle arrives overheated or damaged from extreme temps, contact us and we’ll make it right.
